To ensure that every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment, we have established these Terms of Use and Right of Admission Guidelines. Right of Admission Reserved

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or request the departure of any individual or group whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety concern to our staff or other guests.
• Entry may also be denied to individuals who are visibly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or unable to provide valid identification if requested.

Ticketed Events

• For events hosted at our Beach Bar with ticketed entry only, guests must present a valid ticket for admission.
• All ticket holders are required to follow our guidelines and code of conduct.

Code of Conduct

• Respect all staff members and fellow guests. Harassment, discrimination, racist, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Maintain a responsible and respectful level of noise, especially during events, to ensure the comfort of others.
• Vandalism, theft, or any illegal activities will result in immediate expulsion and may lead to legal action.
• Follow any additional guidelines or instructions provided by our staff or management.

Dress Code

• Dress appropriately for the occasion. We reserve the right to deny entry based on attire that is considered inappropriate for our venue.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Minors and Parental Responsibility

• We welcome families with minors; however, parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s behaviour and supervision at all times.
• Alcohol is only for sale to persons over 18 years of age. Valid identification may be requested.

Weapons and Dangerous Items

• Weapons, including firearms, knives, or any other dangerous items, are strictly prohibited on our premises.

Communal Use of the Venue

• We strive to maintain a communal and inclusive atmosphere for all guests, including our staff.
• Ensure that all common areas, restrooms, and facilities are used respectfully and kept clean.
• Cooperation with staff members is appreciated in creating a positive atmosphere for everyone.

Liability and Responsibility

• Catch Cook Restaurant and Beach Bar is not responsible for personal belongings or any injuries sustained on our premises.

Amendments and Enforcement

• Our staff and management reserve the right to enforce these guidelines, and non-compliance may result in expulsion from the venue.
